These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ALBATROS B2B Partner Portal (the 'Portal'). By accessing the Portal you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
1. Eligibility
The Portal is intended exclusively for registered business entities and their authorised representatives. Use by consumers or unauthorised individuals is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal authority to bind your organisation.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@albatros.jo if you suspect unauthorised access. ALBATROS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Portal solely for legitimate B2B trade purposes: viewing the product catalogue, submitting partner applications, placing and tracking orders, downloading authorised marketing materials, and communicating with the ALBATROS team.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download Portal content; share login credentials with third parties; use the Portal for competitive intelligence or analysis; upload malicious code or interfere with Portal security; make false representations about your identity or organisation; use the Portal for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Portal — including product imagery, copy, branding, formulation data, certificates, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ALBATROS International Co. or its licensors. No licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works is granted except as expressly stated in your partnership agreement.
6. Pricing & Orders
All prices on the Portal are indicative and exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is only binding once confirmed in writing by ALBATROS. ALBATROS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
7. Confidentiality
Pricing, product development information, formulation data, and any documents marked confidential are proprietary business information. You agree not to disclose such information to any third party without ALBATROS's prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Portal and its content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ALBATROS does not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Product information is subject to change.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALBATROS's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Portal shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the total value of orders placed by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan. We encourage good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.
11. Modifications
ALBATROS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
